Rich the Kid has been sued by Fashion Nova over breach of contract. Fashion Nova claims the 28 yr old artist signed an endorsement deal in 2018 that he has failed to fulfill his responsibilities. The agreement made Rich a brand ambassador, and it was his responsibility before the end of the year to “mentioned the brand on social media as well as giving it a shout-out in at least one of his songs.” Fashion Nova claims that they suffered a $2.1 million revenue loss due to Rich the Kid’s breach.
In a previous lawsuit, Rich was sued by Blueprint Artist Management “for $3.5 million for allegedly violating the terms of his contract. The Blast reports the plaintiffs were granted a default judgement earlier this month, and Rich was ordered to pay his managers $1.1 million.”
