The company that owns “Dallas Buyers Club” has obtained a court order in Singapore with three of its major Internet Service Provides to gain the personal information of people who downloaded the movie illegally. However, the article notes, suing these people will not be an easy task– it can be quite difficult to pinpoint the correct individual who violated the movie’s copyright and the legal battle is a costly one for the company. Despite these issues and potential consumer backlash, “Dallas Buyers Club” continues on its journey for justice.
