usic industry professionals may apply for basic living assistance (rent or mortgage). Initial grant requests can be made up to $1000 to compensate for cancelled work that was scheduled and lost. All items below must be included in your request:
A completed MusiCares application
Proof of cancellations and bookings
Copy of your lease agreement or mortgage statement which includes account numbers, vendor address and your name on the lease or statement
Help Musicians: U.K. charity that is offering a one-off payment of £500 per applicant.
You are a working professional musician (by which we mean a performer, composer/creator or
directly involved in the production of music, or in work for which the main qualification is a high level of musical training) You are retired and your principal career was in music
You work in a related music profession
In some circumstances we can help if you are a dependent or partner of a musician
As well as being in one of the four categories above, you will need to:

Satisfy residency requirements

Designed for music creators experiencing genuine hardship from loss of work due to the Covid-19 pandemic^
We will offer timely grant support of £500-£750 to make a difference
Funding will be available to those working in all genres
We will support outstanding talent in flexible ways
The grant can be spent on anything that enables UK music creators to continue to do what they do best – creating outstanding new music with integrity
This includes using support to pay immediate costs, to cover losses or to allow creators to spend time writing, recording, releasing and making plans for the future so they can continue to fulfill their creative and career potential
Red Dirt Relief Fund
is offering to Oklahoma musicians a one-time emergency grants of $250 on a first-come, first-served basis as funds become available. To be eligible for a grant, you must meet these criteria:
Sustained a financial loss of at least $1,000 due to cancelled/postponed gigs related to COVID-19
Worked in the music business for the past 5 years. This includes creation, production, promotion and other jobs directly-related to the making of music.
Are a current Oklahoma resident
We specifically want to highlight that

on their website for artists to fundraise directly from fans, and its waiving revenue sharing from the marketplace SoundBetter and allowing Soundtrap to offer extended free trials for educators.
