Matthew’s works are guidebooks for emergency preparedness and survival skills for when disasters occur — an especially insightful read for those of us living in earthquake-friendly California!
Apart from being a bestselling author, Matthew Stein is a design engineer, green builder, a National Merit Scholar and a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he majored in Mechanical Engineering (MIT). During his time at MIT, Matthew was a recipient of the “Straight T Award,” MIT’s highest athletic honor.
Stein’s work has been recognized in Fox News, MSNBC, Coast-to-Coast AM, Gary Null, Alex Jones and the Thom Hartmann Show, among other radio and television programs. Most recently Stein authored, Geronimo the Frog (Create Space December 2013), a children’s story. His other interests include serving as a guide and instructor for blind skiers and writing articles on sustainable living for the various publications, among them, the Huffington Post.
