Film Fridays: Legal Blues in Bollywood

Indian romantic comedy, “Romeo Juliet” is facing legal backlash from actor-filmmaker T. Rajendar, who has sent a legal notice to the crew asking them not to use the song “Dandanakka” in their film. Even though the song is meant to be a tribute to the actor, Rajendar is unhappy with they way fans have mocked it in memes and videos. The film producers are hoping to show the film to Rajendar in the hopes that he’ll drop the legal notice and green-light the use of the song.
